Public beta · Cookie policy updated 14 September 2026
Cookie policy
1. Current use
Memoryless Lab does not set advertising, profiling or optional analytics cookies. The current application has no account, checkout, advertising tags or cross-site tracking identifiers. The absence of cookies does not mean that network requests contain no personal data: the privacy policy describes this separate processing.
2. Aggregate analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits and performance. Cloudflare states that this product does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting. It is not used for cross-site advertising or individual behavioural profiles.
3. Essential infrastructure and changes
Network and hosting providers may process transient request data or use strictly necessary security mechanisms. Any future optional technology requiring consent will remain blocked until visitors can accept or refuse it, and this page will be updated first.
4. Browser state
The selected game, numbers and comparison are held in the current interface state. The application does not save them in a persistent cookie or browser storage; reloading or closing the page can clear them. Browser history, autofill and device settings are controlled by your browser and are separate from storage implemented by this site.
5. External sites
Opening an operator, public authority or other external link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie information. The current beta does not embed a payment form or load Stripe.js. A future checkout will require an updated inventory of the technologies actually used.
6. Excluding analytics
On a page load carrying the browser signal Do Not Track (DNT: 1) or Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1), the site omits its Cloudflare Web Analytics script and ignores analysis-completion measurement. We voluntarily apply these signals to audience measurement. You can also load a page with analytics=off in its address parameters, for example /en?analytics=off. This option applies to that page load and is not stored: add it again for another page. Reload an open page after changing a preference. Essential network and security processing continues; this option does not erase measurements already collected.
7. Observed infrastructure cookie
On 14 September 2026, responses from memorylesslab.com were observed to include Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie. Cloudflare documents it as a strictly necessary bot-security cookie used by Bot Management or Bot Fight Mode: it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, is generated separately for each site and does not correspond to a Memoryless Lab user identifier. It is distinct from the cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. Its presence is disclosed here; the exact Cloudflare zone setting that produced it remains to be verified.

This link excludes measurement for that home page load; it does not save a preference. The instructions above explain how to exclude it on other pages too.
