Privacy policy
1. Privacy contact
For the processing described on the Memoryless Lab website, privacy requests and questions can be sent to Assistance@memorylesslab.com.
2. Data, purpose and legal basis
Support emails are used to answer enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests; pre-contractual steps apply when an enquiry concerns a proposed purchase. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page paths, country, browser, device and performance to identify slow pages and improve usability, on the basis of legitimate interests. Separate technical request processing protects availability and security. An analysis-completion log contains the game, language, single or comparison mode and time, without the entered combination, calculation results or a customer identifier. Combinations are calculated locally in the browser.
3. Retention, recipients and transfers
Support messages are retained for up to 12 months after closure, longer only for a legal claim. Aggregate reports may be reviewed for up to 12 months. Cloudflare, hosting and email providers process data needed to deliver the service and may process it outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
4. Rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing by writing to Assistance@memorylesslab.com. You may complain to the Italian Garante or another competent supervisory authority. The service is intended for adults.
5. Technical requests and local calculations
Connecting to a website necessarily sends network information, such as an IP address, requested address and browser headers, to its infrastructure. This is separate from aggregate audience reports. The current application does not request a name, account or payment details to run calculations, and it does not place the numbers entered into analytics events or URLs. Avoid including sensitive data in support messages.
6. Requests and safeguards
Providing an email address and the content of your request is voluntary, but these are needed to answer an email enquiry. Calculations do not require contacting support. You may ask for information about the recipients and transfer safeguards relevant to your data. Privacy requests are assessed within the applicable legal time limits. Identity checks, when needed, must be proportionate. No decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made about you from the displayed lottery calculations. The ordinary response period for privacy requests is one month. If a legal extension is needed due to complexity or the number of requests, we explain the reasons within that month; the extension is at most two additional months.
7. Your analytics choices
On a page load carrying the browser signal Do Not Track (DNT: 1) or Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1), the site omits its Cloudflare Web Analytics script and ignores analysis-completion measurement. We voluntarily apply these signals to audience measurement. You can also load a page with analytics=off in its address parameters, for example /en?analytics=off. This option applies to that page load and is not stored: add it again for another page. Reload an open page after changing a preference. Essential network and security processing continues; this option does not erase measurements already collected.
8. No advertising use of combinations
The beta does not use entered numbers to build advertising profiles, train artificial intelligence models or make personal decisions. Browsing alone does not create a subscription or advertising consent. Any change of purpose requires an updated notice and, where required, specific consent before the new processing.

This link excludes measurement for that home page load; it does not save a preference. The instructions above explain how to exclude it on other pages too.
