Payments and refunds

1. No current charges

Memoryless Lab has no active checkout, user account, subscription or paid plan. The public beta is free, so this website cannot create a charge and there is no purchase to cancel or refund.

2. Unexpected claim

If a payment appears to refer to Memoryless Lab, do not provide further payment data. Contact Assistance@memorylesslab.com with date, amount and provider reference, but never send a full card number, security code or password.

3. Future paid service

Before any checkout is enabled, the seller, actual price, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules will be clearly presented before payment.

4. No automatic conversion

Using the free beta does not authorise a future payment or subscription. A paid purchase will require a separate, explicit order displaying the service, total price and any recurring obligation. Simply continuing to browse will not constitute a purchase.

5. Different customer rights

Ending a subscription renewal, exercising a statutory right of withdrawal and requesting a refund are different actions. Their procedures must be available for the actual paid offer before it can be purchased. The present beta has no paid contract, stored credit balance or automatic renewal.

6. Indicative prices and no purchase

Any prices and currency conversions shown in Pro illustrate a future possibility, not a purchasable offer or an active subscription. The free beta does not automatically become a paid service. Any future purchase requires complete information and separate contractual agreement; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
