Terms of use
1. Service and contact
Memoryless Lab is an independent educational project. Questions and notices can be sent to Assistance@memorylesslab.com. The site explains lottery mathematics and analyses user-entered numbers and official histories. It does not sell tickets, accept stakes, generate or recommend combinations, predict results or improve winning probability.
2. Free public beta
The current service is free and has no account, active subscription or checkout. Features and sources may change during testing. Invalid or unavailable official data is declared unavailable and is never replaced with invented values.
3. Educational use
The service is for educational and informational use by adults. It is not gambling, financial or legal advice. Users remain responsible for local law, age limits and spending decisions.
4. Sources, responsibility and law
Official operators and public authorities remain authoritative. Important facts must be checked against the linked primary source. To the extent allowed by law, Memoryless Lab is not responsible for gambling losses or decisions based on the beta. Italian law applies while consumers retain mandatory protections granted in their country.
5. Historical data and limitations
A frequency or a gap describes the displayed sample, not the next draw. Samples may be partial or delayed; consult their source, period and update date. Missing prize, winner or sales information cannot justify an estimate of popularity or a promise about sharing a prize. Calculations assume the stated rules and a fair draw. Lottery play generally has a negative expected financial return.
6. Content and permitted use
Lottery names identify the games being studied and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Linked material and third-party databases remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Access to an official source does not itself grant permission to republish or commercially reuse its archive. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or submit malicious requests.
7. Mandatory rights and reports
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. You can report a calculation, source or accessibility issue using the contact above, identifying the page and problem. Do not include payment credentials or unnecessary personal information.
8. Our work and reuse requests
Memoryless Lab reserves its rights in its original text, software and database selection or arrangement, to the extent protected by applicable law. We do not claim exclusive ownership of lottery results, individual facts or mathematical formulas. Ordinary personal consultation, permitted quotations and statutory exceptions remain unaffected. Reproducing protected content or extracting and reusing substantial parts of a protected database requires permission unless the law permits it. For reuse of our original text or software, contact the support address above. Memoryless Lab does not offer third-party lottery data for resale and does not grant commercial licences for those data. Browsing this free beta does not grant a commercial API licence.
9. Combination analysis and draw archives
The six current mathematical indicators use your entered combination and the stated game rules; they do not read past draw results. Historical frequency and gap tables use a separate archive. The intended paid offering concerns analysis of user-entered combinations, not the sale of third-party lottery datasets; its exact features and limits will be stated before purchase. The current beta remains free. This distinction grants no rights to external archives: their publication or use to support a paid feature remains subject to applicable rights and source terms. Mathematical calculations cannot establish how many other players chose your combination or promise a higher payout.
10. Calculations, comparisons and scenarios
Exact probabilities, descriptive statistics and model estimates mean different things: refer to the displayed labels, formulas and assumptions. Prize-sharing scenarios use educational assumptions and do not estimate the payout of your entered combination. Similar numbers, a high frequency or a long absence do not indicate a future win. Comparisons require compatible rules, number pools and periods. Analyses do not certify a ticket, a prize category or an entitlement to payment; these checks belong to the official operator.
11. Availability, updates and corrections
The beta is experimental and may contain errors, suffer interruptions or change features. Continuous availability, real-time updates and worldwide archive completeness are not guaranteed. The displayed period and date identify the sample actually available; missing data is not zero. Source corrections can change data and statistics. Always check the official source before relying on a result. Material changes to these terms carry an updated date and, where necessary, an on-site notice; they do not retrospectively authorise payments or new uses of personal data. Non-excludable liabilities and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
12. Adults, informed use and support
The site is intended for adults and does not encourage gambling. Visualisations do not make a combination more favourable and provide no method to recover losses or generate income. Do not use the service to chase losses. In Italy, the Istituto Superiore di Sanità helpline 800 558 822 provides anonymous, free support for gambling problems; current hours and information are on the official link below. In other countries, contact local health or support services.
13. Independence and data reports
Memoryless Lab is not a lottery operator or an official service of the cited operators. Source links document information; they do not establish sponsorship, reuse permission or endorsement of this site. No advertising or paid links to purchase lottery entries are active. To report inaccurate data or a rights concern, use the contact above and identify the URL, source and reason; reports are assessed so content can be corrected, restricted or removed where necessary.
